About us

The Dog House at No.13 is a family-run, home-based dog care service in Romiley, created for owners who want something more personal than kennels or large commercial providers.

 

Founded by Rachel, the business is built on years of hands-on experience, a genuine love of dogs, and a belief that dogs thrive best in a real home with calm structure, kindness, and consistency.

 

Our home is shared with our own dog, Ronnie, she helps visiting dogs feel welcome and settled. Every guest becomes part of our daily family life — relaxing on sofas, enjoying gentle routines, and receiving plenty of affection and attention.

 

We specialise in small numbers, carefully matched temperaments, and a peaceful atmosphere, making our care especially suited to:
